The CEFS main office is located at Suffolk Executive Airport (KSFQ), Suffolk VA (USA), Hangar #6.
Why Suffolk Executive?
- Depart/arrive in class E airspace, a lightly used airport, very little waiting at the hold-short line or stackups in the pattern.
- Plenty of open practice space and farmland around the airport.
- Wide, open ramp area, easy to arrive/depart.
- Main CEFS office, amentities and resturant in the terminal.
- Class D and C towered airspaces nearby, within 30 nm.
- Airport staff available to refuel, remote fuel terminal otherwise.
- Equal or better pricing on fuel than adjacent airports.
- Convenience to Customers south of the James River.
CEFS has a satellite office hosted by Atlantic Aviation Inc. at Newport News - Williamsburg Intl. Airport (KPHF), Newport News, VA (USA).
Why Newport-News Williamsburg Intl?
- Depart/arrive Within Class D towered airspace.
- Experience with security areas/operations.
- Experience interacting with adjacent rotor and heavy aircraft operations.
- KPHF is a well lighted city area and can be an alternate landing site if the weather at KSFQ is marginal.
- Convenience to peninsula Customers.
