Slogan Contest - 1/29/2012

ANNOUNCEMENT: Curtis Eads needs your help. We are looking for a slogan. Everyone knows about the Ford slogan "Have you driven a Ford lately" and the floral company "Say it with flowers" - we want a slogan too. It needs to be simple. Please make your suggestions as comments to this status. We will select the winning suggestion on March 1. The winner will receive a $50 gift certificate to Curtis Eads Flight School.

Referral Free Flight Time January 25, 2012

ANNOUNCEMENT: Curtis Eads needs you. We need you to spread the word that Curtis Eads is the best flight school around. If you refer a beginner student pilot to Curtis Eads and send us an email in advance of the customer contacting us you will receive one hour of aircraft rental once the new student pilot solos. That's right, one hour of free flight time in any of our aircraft once the referred student pilot solos. CFIs and employees of Curtis Eads are not allowed to participate - sorry guys. This offer is good until June 30, 2012.

Curtis Eads Under New Ownership - November 22, 2011

Michael and Fran Dilday purchased Curtis Eads Flight School from Tom Stevens and Judith Lear in November of 2011.  Tom and Judy will continue to be actively involved in the flight school.  The Dildays will continue with the tradition that Curtis Eads started in 1955 with a few updates.  An on-line scheduling system has been implemented along with a point of sale system.  Also, a weather station has been set-up for our students and pilots to use before departure.

Curtis Eads now has an on-line scheduling system for your convenience.  Call the school to establish your login then you can access FlightSchedulePro.com to get started making your own reservations.  FlightSchedulePro.com is one of the best scheduling systems available.  It ensures our aircraft are properly maintained before your flight.

Curtis Eads Lowers Rental Rates

In spite of unstable economy and high fuel prices Curtis Eads lowers it's aircraft rates $5/hour.  Rent the C172 or Piper Warrior for $125/hour - both have a Garmin 430W and nice interiors.  Rent the economical Cessna 152 for $105/hour.

Cessna Cutlass RG added to the fleet - January 1, 2012

Curtis Eads has added a Cessna Cutlass RG to it's lineup.  This aircraft is equipped with a Garmin 430 and auto-pilot.  It is ready when you are for a cross country or commercial pilot training.
